City Services

City services, as small as they may seem, are an amenity that a city cannot go without. As part of our commitment to service, the City offers public dumpster services for large trash needs; we have made major improvements to our library to ensure our citizens have access to the latest resources and materials; and we've renewed our license office contract to keep titling your vehicle and renewing driver's licenses quick, easy, and local.

LARGE TRASH SERVICES VISION (2032)

  • The City has improved its recycle program so that citizens have easy and consistent access.​

  • There is a new site for lawn debris​

  • A better location for the public access roll off dumpster.

PUBLIC LIBRARY VISION (2032)

  • The Red Front will be a significant contributor to the overall vibe of the downtown area.  â€‹

  • The library and coffee shop will be a regular destination for locals as well as a complimentary service for out-of-town guests.  â€‹

  • The additional services offered in the Red Front will attract new patrons to the library and bring about an increase in circulation as well as inspire additional services to the public.

LICENSE OFFICE VISION (2032)

  • Continue to grow its customer base requiring staffing levels to increase to two full time and three part time clerks.​

  • Continues to be noted for fast and friendly small-town service.
